I had saline 450 cc filled to 585cc in 2006. In 2023 I suffered a rupture left side. Had them replaced 6 months ago with 700cc mentor ultra profile. I had zero Asymmetry issues before. But now the right implant is noticeably larger and sits slightly towards my armpit. I also lost all upper pole which is very disappointing. My breasts looked like they do now immediately after surgery which makes me think they were positioned incorrectly.
